Dance Studio

Hayward Fitness Fanatics started out as an idea of having multiple group fitness, yoga and wellness professionals under one 'roof' which eventually became Hayward's first boutique-style fitness studio. The studio is designed as a place to connect for Fitness, Yoga, Dance, Personal Training and Health/Wellness related events. At HFF, we seek to positively encourage our community to be healthier and happier together!

Hayward Dance Experience gives students of all ages the opportunity to explore various styles of dance from ballet to tap to modern and hip hop! HDE hopes to inspire a passion for expression & build confidence in each dancer! 

The HFF and HDE facility consists of two spacious studios, private shower rooms, private bathrooms and a cozy main lobby for welcoming guests. Men, women, children and seniors are all welcome to participate. The place has a fabulous balance of space and a welcoming atmosphere that is great for everyone. They can accommodate everything from private lessons and personal training for individuals or small groups to large group yoga, dance and fitness classes/events including bridal showers, and family reunions.

The HFF/HDE Studio is truly fabulous - each certified and experienced instructor is dedicated to creating a fun, effective and meaningful experience for everyone!
