Sprint Into Spring & Join the Shamrock Shuffle Festive Fun March 15th
Join us for our Annual Shamrock Shuffle FUN 5K Run/Walk in honor of St. Patrick’s Day and celebrate with us at “The Lot” (corner of Kansas Ave & 3rd St).
Get ready for some fitness, festivities & fun on March 15th. Come dressed to impress, green is the theme and sign up to enter the costume contest! Make sure you stay for awards, to CHEER on all of the participants as they cross the finish line and for the PARTY at The Lot.
On race day, as you enter The Lot (the race start, finish, awards & festivities location) you will hear classic Irish sounds of bag pipes from the lovely Trudianne Temple. The music will energize your soul & get you pumped before the countdown to the 5k race. James Netz DJ will continue to entertain you with traditional Irish music and our emcee will be providing commentary.
Get your kids ready to rock by 11:45am for the Grasshopper 1K Kids Race (un-timed & free registration).
The 5K Run/Walk starts at noon and is excellent for all ages. You may sign up as an individual or as a team. Everyone is welcome, bring your well behaved and leashed dogs too. Tell your friends and family, it’s a wonderful day of activities and fun in our charming downtown community.

At The Lot: As the racers finish there will be music provided by James Netz DJ Entertainment & Northwoods Saunas, & bonfires to warm up.
There will be FOOD & BEVERAGES (for purchase) at The Lot: the Snack Shack (onsite), Earth Rider Brewery (onsite), Lynn’s Custom Meats Emergency Brat Truck (onsite)
Everyone’s Invited! We hope to the community will come to support and share in the excitement and enjoy a fantastic day together. Join the fun, attend the event, cheer on racers or just come to “The Lot” for the after party with friends & family. Share this event with everyone to help spread the word.

The event serves as a fundraiser for the Downtown Hayward Business Improvement District & a portion of the proceeds will be donated to CAMBA kids.
