Share in the joy of Christmas and Holiday Cheer as we celebrate the kickoff to Christmas in Hayward with a Community Tree Lighting Event at the Hayward Veteran's Center.
Join us for the first annual Community Tree Lighting Event created to kickoff the Holidays during the "Christmas in Hayward" festivities that take place on weekends from Thanksgiving throughout December. The Community Holiday Tree Lighting Event will be stationed in front of the Hayward Veteran's Center in Downtown Hayward WI on Saturday, November 30, 2024. We would like people start gathering around 5:30pm.
We plan to have music and/or caroling, hot chocolate and cider. The Tree Lighting and countdown will take place around 6pm. We are hoping the entire community and visitors will take part in this special activity and enjoy the downtown atmosphere. This is a free event has been created to get in the holiday spirit and celebrate the start of all the fun activities that have been planned for this special time of year, bringing people together and to get in the holiday spirit.
