Sing and entertain holiday shoppers throughout Downtown Hayward WI and your group could WIN $200 in cash!

The Downtown Hayward WI (BID) has created this Annual Event as a great opportunity for groups to show off their talent, spread cheer to businesses & customers and take part in a new holiday tradition.

We are looking for enthusiastic singers to share their love of Caroling during the “Christmas in Hayward” Festivities. We are asking for groups of 2-20 carolers (church groups, school groups, youth groups, & other talented groups, etc.) to sing Christmas Carols on Main Street in Downtown Hayward. If your group is larger than 20 people, you may split the group into two different performances with no duplication of members on more than one team; you may submit an entry form for each group. Two age categories will compete for cash prizes. Groups entering the contest will perform one time only for just 10-15 minutes. We will assign locations for caroling, once we have groups signed up and committed to certain time slots. Details will be emailed to each group contact.

Adult Carolers (ages 18+) – Cash prize – $200
Youth Carolers (ages 5-17) – Cash prize – $200
All remaining participants will also WIN a cash prize – EVERYONE WINS!

Apply by November 15th, 2024 for the BEST “Time Slot” – Applications will be taken up to Dec 1st.
